Malgorzata (Gosia) A. Kulczycka
Ms. Kulczycka’s practice focuses on various aspects of intellectual property law, including patent prosecution and client counseling regarding intellectual property management for software implemented technologies. Ms. Kulczycka has particular experience in strategic patent matters, including protection of IP rights in the areas of computer networks, network security, data communications protocols, databases, Web-based searches, XML document processing, digital image processing, data content distribution, and implementations of computerized methods for health service providers.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Kulczycka spent sixteen years working for General Motors Corporation as a computer graphics project manager and a software design engineer. Accordingly, Ms. Kulczycka’s areas of expertise include computer networks, system integrations, virtual reality technologies, real time simulation technologies, 3D projection systems, and various aspects of computer graphics animation.
